ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a sharp, client-focused Senior Account Manager to serve as the primary bridge between our agency and our brand partners. This is a high-ownership role that combines strategic thinking, meticulous project management, and strong relationship-building, ensuring that every brand we serve feels heard, understood, and well-served.
You will be embedded at the brand office four days a week, building deep partnerships and institutional knowledge, and spend one dedicated day each week meeting directly with NCR-based brands to strengthen those relationships on the ground.

WORK SCHEDULE
- 4 days/week at the brand office embedded with client teams
- 1 day/week in the field meeting with NCR (Delhi & Faridabad) brand partners
- Regular travel to Faridabad and Delhi is a core part of this role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact and strategic bridge between the agency and assigned brand clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and results
- Understand each brand's business objectives, market positioning, and communication goals
- Conduct weekly on-site meetings and regular check-ins to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Task & Project Management
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from brief to delivery across multiple brand accounts
- Create, maintain, and track detailed project timelines, ensuring all internal teams meet deadlines
- Coordinate between creative, strategy, production, and media teams to ensure seamless execution
- Proactively flag risks, manage escalations, and ensure zero surprises for clients
Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with brand teams on campaign strategy, annual planning, and go-to-market briefs
- Prepare and present proposals, campaign plans, and performance reviews to clients
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts relevant to client categories
Must-Have
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an advertising agency or brand management role
- Proven track record of managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously
- Strong grasp of integrated campaigns, creative, digital, OOH, events, or media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with frequent travel across Faridabad and Delhi/NCR
Good to Have
- Experience working with consumer or FMCG brands in the NCR market
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar)
- Strong presentation skills confident in boardroom settings
