Job Description

• End-to-end management of  communication channels (e-mail, SMS and push notifications);
• Strategic alignment between the brand, creative agencies and business needs;
• Set up and send campaigns directly on the Adobe and Sales Manago platforms;
• Monitoring of KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates);
• Preparation of regular performance reports using Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI;
• Presentation of improvements based on the analysed data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience in CRM management or digital marketing;
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Adobe - Campaign/Experience and/orSales Manago);
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, audience segmentation, and personalisation techniques;
• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools (Excel, Power BI);
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level for both).
