As an Account Manager (Audio & Visual) at Peak Technologies, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional experiential marketing solutions for our clients. You’ll support our Account Directors on strategic initiatives while owning the tactical execution of projects that inspire audiences and strengthen client partnerships.
In this dynamic role, you’ll balance client-facing responsibilities, project management, and cross-functional collaboration—ensuring flawless delivery and happy clients. Your efforts will help grow client portfolios, uncover new opportunities, and position Peak Technologies as a trusted partner in experiential marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, on brand, and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on project-related communications.
- Prepare project plans, workback schedules, proposals, and client correspondence.
- Collaborate with Estimating, Fulfillment Centers, Field Services, and Operations to keep every project moving smoothly.
- Ensure all solutions meet show-specific regulations and exceed client expectations.
- Support the development of new business within existing accounts by identifying growth opportunities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, sales pitches, and capabilities presentations.
- Manage account-related needs, including inventories, invoicing, quality assurance, and on-site expectations.
- Travel up to 20% to support client deliverables and foster stronger relationships.
- Oversee multiple mid-sized accounts in the mid six figure range.
- Maintain accurate financial tracking, ensuring consistent delivery of ≥40% gross margins.
- Prepare estimates for repeat projects; collaborate with Estimating for large activations or custom builds.
- Review and reconcile invoices, addressing any outstanding client balances promptly.
- Contribute to business review reports alongside Account Directors.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in account management, project execution, or experiential marketing.
- A client-first mindset, with proven success in building strong relationships and delivering results.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A solutions-driven approach with a passion for problem-solving and collaboration.
