As an AE at Mate, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from first conversation to closing deals -and play a key role in driving our growth. You’ll work closely with prospects to understand their needs, deliver value, and build strong, lasting relationships.
Requirements
What you’ll do:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Lead product demos and tailor solutions to customer needs
- Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide feedback to help shape our product and go-to-market strategy
- 2+ years of experience in a closing sales role (SaaS – big plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience selling to B2B / HR / security / tech teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
