We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Executive to join our growing team.

As an AE at Mate, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from first conversation to closing deals -and play a key role in driving our growth. You’ll work closely with prospects to understand their needs, deliver value, and build strong, lasting relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll do:

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Lead product demos and tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide feedback to help shape our product and go-to-market strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a closing sales role (SaaS – big plus)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Nice To Have

  • Experience selling to B2B / HR / security / tech teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
