Role Overview
We are looking for high-caliber Engineers to build and scale core products from the ground up. This role involves working on challenging problems, designing systems, and shipping high-quality code in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale backend systems and APIs
- Work on end-to-end product development from scratch
- Collaborate with product and data teams to build impactful features
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
- Participate in system design and architecture decisions
- Continuously improve performance, reliability, and scalability
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–6 years of software engineering experience
- Strong CS fundamentals (DSA, system design, problem-solving)
- Good college + CSE background
- Experience working at Series A/B startups or building products from scratch (0→1)
- Prior experience at high-growth startups or top tech companies
- Strong coding skills in one or more languages (Python, Java, Go, etc.)
- Builders with strong ownership mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Passion for solving complex engineering problems
