• Databases: MySQL, AWS Aurora, MongoDB
• Cloud: AWS
• Architecture: Microservices, Distributed Systems, REST APIs
• Practices: CI/CD, Monitoring, Logging, Caching, Messaging

What We’re Looking For

For SDE 2

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and Spring Boot
• Experience building backend services, APIs, and microservices
• Good understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures
• Exposure to AWS/cloud environments
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Prior experience in product-based or internet-first companies preferred

For SDE 3

• 5–8 years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and backend architecture
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems in production
• Ability to lead modules/features independently
• Strong ownership mindset with focus on quality and performance
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence
• Prior experience in consumer internet/product companies strongly preferred

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidates must have hands-on Core Java experience
• Java-based projects should be clearly mentioned in the resume
• Experience working on backend systems/microservices is required
• Candidates from product-based or internet companies will be preferred
