The Opportunity

We are investing in the technology that underpins how we run the firm and serve our Founders and investors. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, high-calibre team as our first engineering hire, with significant scope to shape the stack, the architecture, and our operating systems from the ground up.

You will work directly with the leadership team on a meaningful, multi-year build. The work spans full-stack product development, third-party integrations, and the systems that sit behind a modern investment firm.

This role is open at either Software Engineer or Senior Engineer level depending on experience.

About you

• Strong full-stack engineer with experience shipping production software end-to-end
• Comfortable owning work from problem definition through to deployment and iteration
• Solid grounding in modern web frameworks, relational databases, and API design
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs and handling the complexity that comes with it
• Pragmatic about trade-offs between speed, quality, and scope in an early-stage environment
• High standards on security, data integrity, and reliability
• Self-directed, low ego, and energised by building rather than maintaining

Nice to have

• Prior experience in fintech, wealth, funds management, or another regulated financial environment
• Experience building internal tools or operational platforms
• Exposure to early-stage or founder-led environments
