- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e. g., Python, Java, and JavaScript).
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing.
- Knowledge of software development tools and practices.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Interest in product strategy and user experience design.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
