Job Summary :-

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Developer with strong expertise in UKG/Kronos Workforce Management and Workday HCM Technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR, payroll, workforce management, and system integrations, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR, payroll, and timekeeping processes.
• Configure, maintain, and support UKG Pro modules including:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Workforce Management (WFM)
• Recruiting
• Onboarding
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement system enhancements and integrations.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize HR and workforce management operations.
• Support system upgrades, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and change management activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while managing support tickets effectively.
• Develop and maintain reports using Cognos, SQL, or related reporting tools.
• Prepare user training materials and technical documentation.
• Participate in full lifecycle implementations and migration projects, including transitions from Kronos WFC to UKG Dimensions.

• Experience with UKG Dimensions migration projects.
• Exposure to HR digital transformation initiatives.
• Prior experience working in global enterprise environments.
