What sets us apart is that Piktiv brings in client projects to work on in-house by providing highly skilled fullstack teams instead of individual consultants. We are currently looking to expand our team with developers who have experience working with modern game engines to help us deliver solutions for our clients across multiple industries.

Who You Are

You have several years of experience in software development and a strong background working with modern game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity. You enjoy solving complex problems and building robust systems.

You are both technically strong and pragmatic in how you approach solutions. You are comfortable taking ownership of technical decisions and leading development efforts when needed.

You communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Experience working with industrial companies is a strong plus.

What You Will Do

As part of our team, you will work on projects that leverage game engines to solve complex challenges for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing applications using game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity
• Building real‑time 3D applications such as simulations, visualization tools, digital twins, and other interactive systems
• Collaborating with designers, engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions
• Taking a leading role in projects where game technology is a core component
• Contributing to architectural decisions and ensuring scalable, maintainable implementations
• Helping drive projects forward from concept through delivery

Qualifications

• Several years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with Unreal Engine or Unity
• Professional proficiency in English

Desirable Skills

• Experience building simulation systems, digital twins, or visualization tools
• Experience working within manufacturing or automotive industries
