- Provide technical expertise and sourcing recommendations related to fabrics, trims, construction, and production methods.
- Lead fittings and sample reviews together with Design, ensuring premium fit, functionality, and quality.
- Build and maintain tech packs, BOMs/M-lists, fitting comments, and all technical documentation towards factories.
- Ensure prototypes, salesman samples (SMS), and PPS are delivered on time, within target margin, and according to ENNUE standards.
- Identify production risks and proactively provide solutions related to quality, cost, fit, and timelines.
- Ensure all products meet the brand’s performance, aesthetic, and sustainability standards.
- Build and maintain fabric and trims libraries for both NOS and seasonal collections.
- Manage purchase orders and follow-up throughout development and production stages.
- Communicate timelines and key milestones clearly across cross-functional teams.
- Source fabric for all collections and participate in fabric fair when necessary. Extra plus if you have experience working with technical fabrics and materials within outdoor or performance wear.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of five years relevant experience.
- Extensive experience within product development, preferably in premium fashion, outerwear, or performance categories.
- Strong technical understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrics, trims, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to collaborate closely with Senior Designers and translate creative vision into commercially viable products.
- Experienced in supplier and factory management, critical path management, and cost negotiations.
- Commercial mindset with strong understanding of margins, costing, and product strategy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience working with PLM systems, Microsoft Office, and Adobe programs.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
