Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Littleton, CO, for an Account Executive/Specialty Pharmacy Nurse Liaison. The selected candidate will focus on fostering relationships with healthcare providers to maintain and enhance referral networks, educate the community about Vital Care services, and promote the company's value to potential clients. They will collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and serve as an advocate for optimal patient outcomes. This role involves maintaining detailed documentation and managing communications, educational efforts, and account strategies to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and patients
- Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or account management, with a background in specialty pharmacy or infusion services preferred
- Knowledge of patient care coordination and healthcare services, especially related to chronic conditions and infusion therapies
- Organizational and time management skills for effective documentation and administrative tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Nursing license or clinical experience is highly preferred
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed performance targets in a healthcare or business development role
- Proficiency in using technology for communication, record-keeping, and client management
- A Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or a related field is required
- Holds RN license in the state of Colorado and in good standing with The Board of Nursing.
