Job Description
- Perform financial analysis on clients’ management accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial records and reporting needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to implement new business processes and procedures.
- Provide financial information to management by researching, analyzing accounting data, and preparing reports.
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information; assist with tax planning.
- Document financial transactions accurately by entering account information.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Summarize the company’s financial position by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant reports.
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Guide and support accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering queries.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Minimum of 4 years above of relevant working experience preferred.
- Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional, honest, and detail-oriented.
- Previous audit and tax experience, or experience as a business advisor in accounting, finance, or tax industries, is preferred.
