About the role Join a leading multinational BPO supporting one of the world's largest e-commerce advertising platforms. You'll manage campaign performance for a portfolio of advertiser accounts — turning data into smarter decisions that drive real business outcomes.If you enjoy working with numbers, optimising performance, and want exposure to a globally recognised ad platform, this is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Optimise advertising campaigns across multiple ad formats (sponsored product, brand, and display)
  • Analyse campaign metrics — ROAS, CTR, conversion rates — and recommend improvements
  • Spot underperforming campaigns and build action plans to turn them around
  • Manage your pipeline and activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign strategy and execution

Note: This role focuses purely on campaign performance and analytics — you'll work with internal teams, not directly with end advertisers.

What We're Looking For

  • 4-6 years in sales, marketing, or digital advertising
  • Experience with e-commerce or online ad platforms (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Bilingual Mandarin & English — verbal and written
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable in Excel and with performance data
  • Bachelor's degree or above
