Senior ProServe Sales Leader EMEA, Healthcare and Life Sciences

In doing so, this leader will cultivate relationships with and serve as a trusted advisor to customer C-suite and SVPs across Digital, IT, AI and across lines of business (Clinical Development, Commercial, Manufacturing, etc.) and collaborate with ProServe sales, delivery teams and specialist teams (such as the GenAI Innovation Center) to design transformative programs and solutions that achieve our customers’ business objectives. This leader will be responsible for guiding, coaching and managing a team, while also directly developing large, programmatic customer deals for selected accounts. Key performance metrics include, but are not limited to Revenue, Billable Bookings, team engagement, and customer experience and satisfaction (NPS, CSAT).
Strong candidates will have a proven ability to work backwards from HCLS customer outcomes to design ambitious technology transformation programs and a track record of building teams and growing businesses. Key job responsibilities
As an experienced Professional Services Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet team targets and drive revenue growth
- Cultivating executive customer relationships, earning trust, credibility and shaping new opportunities
- Leveraging deep AWS knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutions that work backwards from customers’ objectives
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and driving executional rigor and accurate forecasting and reporting to optimize operational processes and manage risk

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years in technology sales, with 3+ years in management
- 7+ years in Health care and/or Life Sciences industry, in technology, professional services, and/or corporate leadership roles
- Experience with cloud technologies and AI, GenAI and agentic-AI solutions and services and transformations
- Experience in leading business development activities, managing sales cycles, and business-building
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain C-level client relationships
- Experience shaping and delivering at-scale AI/GenAI/Agentic AI transformations with HCLS customers
- Professional services experience
- P&L leadership experience
- Advanced degree in relevant discipline (Biomedical, MD, Computer Science)
- Proficiency in Swiss German or German and/or French
