Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial/ transportation accounts with accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes in a timely manner.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and carriers, ensuring clear communication and consistent follow-through.
• Collaborate with Producers and internal teams to support retention and account growth.
• Maintain a strong understanding of transportation-specific coverage, underwriting requirements, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines experience (Transportation Experience Highly Preferred).
• Active RIBO license in good standing.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication and client-service mindset.
