What You Will Do
- Build and deepen relationships with existing and new clients in Europe, with a primary focus on Germany, leveraging your comparative advantage in understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with global and local account management teams, business development, product management, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative, value-added solutions that address customer challenges.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with machine builders, system integrators, and subcontractors, applying principled entrepreneurship to grow profitable revenue and market share.
- Bring the voice of the customer to Molex, supporting product development and continuous improvement by sharing insights on technology trends and customer requirements.
- Take ownership of the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Demonstrate stewardship by proactively resolving product quality and delivery issues in partnership with Product Management and Operations.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, creative problem-solving, and mutual respect, consistent with Our Values.
- Degree in Engineering or related field, with at least 3 years’ experience in industrial automation.
- Proven sales experience with machine builders, system integrators, or end-users.
- Strong technical aptitude, service mindset, and effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated creativity, analytical ability, resilience, and motivation to maximize your contribution.
- Proficiency in English (written and oral); German language skills and SAP knowledge are a plus.
- Technical sales experience in industrial automation, with deep knowledge of connectors, sensors, and market trends.
- Business-fluent German skills.
