Recruiterforce.io is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing global cloud technology company that works with cloud-driven organizations to optimize infrastructure, improve scalability, and drive innovation across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure environments.

We are looking for a highly driven Account Executive to join a high-performing EMEA new business team focused on cloud intelligence, cloud optimization, and multicloud transformation solutions.

This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who understands cloud technologies, thrives in technical sales environments, and enjoys building strategic relationships within the cloud ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Generate new business opportunities across startup, digital native, and enterprise accounts
  • Build and manage relationships with cloud ecosystem partners and stakeholders
  • Work closely with technical teams including Solutions Architects and Engineers during the sales process
  • Run discovery calls, product demonstrations, negotiations, and commercial discussions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and BDR teams on outbound and demand generation initiatives
  • Represent the business at industry events, customer meetings, and partner engagements
  • Travel approximately 30–50% when required
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS environments
  • Experience selling cloud-related solutions or services
  • Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, FinOps, or multicloud ecosystems
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota targets
  • Experience working within technical or consultative sales environments
  • Strong outbound and pipeline generation capabilities
  • Comfortable speaking with technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Business proficiency in German is required
  • Additional CEE language skills are highly preferred (Polish, Czech, Ukrainian, Russian, Greek, etc.)
