Your Impact
As an Onboarding Account Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping client success from day one:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding journey and launch high-performing PPC campaigns
- Build strong, long-term relationships and reduce churn
- Identify growth opportunities and drive account expansion
- Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor on ROI, performance, and platform integrations
- Fluent German (C2) & English (C1+)
- 2+ years in sales, digital marketing, or client-facing roles
- Strong analytical thinking with a commercial mindset
- Experience with Google Ads / PPC is a strong plus
- Proactive, goal-driven, and confident in stakeholder management
- Competitive salary: €24,310 + up to €4,290 bonus/year
