We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager – Wireless Test & Measurement to drive sales and manage relationships within a strategic customer. This role requires a deep understanding of 5G/6G RAN test & measurement, ORAN, AI-RAN and digital twin simulation.
Responsibilities
Sales And Relationship Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions that address their unique challenges in test and measurement.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of wireless test solutions for 5G/6G RAN AI-RAN and Digital twin simulation.
- Conduct product presentations, and technical discussions to highlight the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Develop and implement account plans to drive long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including global sales, engineering and product management.
- Lead negotiations and close complex sales deals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution, ensuring a smooth and successful process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in test and measurement.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, account status, and market feedback to management.
- Funnel development, forecasting and contribution to global account strategy
- Bachelor/Masters in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in customer facing roles
- Proven track record of success in selling test and measurement products and solutions, with a focus on wireless communication
- Experience in managing strategic accounts and working with global customers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Capable of handling multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously
- Self-motivated problem solver and agile learner
- Temperament to navigate tough customer situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Proficiency in Swedish and English languages is required
