Overview

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager with a strong passion for client service. If you're self-driven, know how to manage your book, and prefer a no micromanagement culture, this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of clients with professionalism and accuracy
  • Handle all aspects of account servicing including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
  • Market new and renewal business to carriers effectively
  • Serve as a point of contact for client questions, policy reviews, and claims support
  • Ensure timely communication and proactive service for all assigned accounts
  • Work closely with team members in a supportive, non-micromanaged environment

Requirements

  • Active Texas P&C Insurance License
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management
  • Proficiency in EPIC or AMS360 systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and independently
