What will you do as the Logistics Account Manager?
- Manage day-to-day operations for assigned customer accounts
- Coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery, ensuring service expectations are met
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, carriers, and internal teams
- Proactively identify and solve service issues, delays, or disruptions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication
- Work cross-functionally with sales and operations to support account growth
- Prioritize and manage multiple shipments and accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Anticipate customer needs and provide solutions that drive long-term success
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field)
- 2-5 years of experience in logistics, brokerage, account management, or operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- High sense of urgency and accountability
- Experience with freight brokerage or 3PL operations is strongly preferred
- Self-starter mentality with a team-oriented approach
