We are seeking a driven Account Manager to grow business within the beauty, personal care, and home care markets. This role focuses on customer growth, new business development, and strategic account management within a manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key customer accounts while driving new business opportunities

• Partner with Marketing and Business Development to expand product applications and market reach

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver proposals, pricing, and business reviews

• Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and profitability targets


Candidates Must Have:

• At least 5+ years of account management or sales experience within packaging, manufacturing, or related industries

• Experience in beauty, personal care, aerosol, or dispensing solutions preferred

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and business development skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities in a remote environment and travel frequently
