- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential leads and prospects with an end user focus
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and service
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client companies
- Create, design, estimate and present proposals for all systems offerings including inspections, service, maintenance, and installation
- Procurement and management of labor, materials, and technology resources
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Assist with project close-out: punch list, final billing, collections
- Provide customer follow up and support
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Three or more years of experience in sales or customer relations
- Knowledge and experience with low voltage, construction, and sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to relate and communicate with employees and customers across the organization.
- Strong computer skills
- Competitive spirit and customer service minded skillset
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and scenarios.
