Named Account Executive, Enterprise: Non-Profit

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who combines deep enterprise sales experience with a genuine interest in the nonprofit sector and the ability to develop long-term, mission-aligned customer partnerships.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle across a portfolio of nonprofit accounts — developing and executing long-term account strategies, driving pipeline, and closing enterprise deals that deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.
- Build deep relationships with key stakeholders across nonprofit organisations, including C-level executives, to understand their mission, operational challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with internal Salesforce teams including Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and product specialists to coordinate resources and deliver compelling, tailored value propositions.
- Maintain strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management while staying informed on nonprofit industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- You have 5 or more years of full-cycle Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience, with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- You are skilled at building trusted relationships with C-level executives and developing account plans that align Salesforce solutions to long-term customer business goals.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills and thrive in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
- You are fluent in German and English and are comfortable travelling as required for customer engagement.
- You have experience selling enterprise software into nonprofit or public sector organisations, with strong financial and business acumen.
- You have a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and demonstrated success developing mutual close plans in complex sales environments.
