This position's territory is the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, and successful candidates will need to reside in the territory.
SUMMARY
Interact with industrial and commercial end users, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and system integrators to sell the products and services of the manufacturing partners that Vector CAG represents.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn all products that are offered by Vector CAG.
- Promote products, solutions, and services to the commercial and industrial accounts within your territory.
- Find and grow new partnerships through personal visits, video conferences, emails, text messages, and telephone calls.
- Engage dormant customers by way of personal visits, video conferences, emails, text messages, and telephone calls.
- Work with manufacturing partners via telephone calls, emails, text messages, webinars, seminars, and on-site visits.
- Work with the Inside Sales Support Team to supply needed information to customer accounts in a timely manner.
- Perform site walkdowns in industrial and commercial environments.
- Manage a robust Salesforce database with accounts, account contacts, active opportunities, and projects.
- Articulate a solution strategy and work with a team to execute.
- Builds and sustains strong customer relationships by gaining customers’ trust and respect while satisfying their expectations and requirements.
- Successfully present information in a clear and structured manner while responding to queries from account managers, manufacturers, and customers in a professional and suitable manner
- Read, analyze, and interpret technical documents and bid specifications
- Perform tasks independently
QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field and/or
- Equivalent military experience or
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Manage multiple responsibilities
