We are the Swiss market leader in identity verification, and we are scaling. It’s a strategic growth seat for an entrepreneurially-minded Sales Executive to own our presence across the DACH region and define the future of digital trust.


As a strategic partner to enterprise clients in highly regulated industries, you will tackle one of the digital age’s most critical threats: Identity Fraud. You’ll navigate high-stakes environments by positioning a sophisticated portfolio and legally binding e-signatures (QES).


At PXL Vision, you aren't just "selling what's on the shelf." You are a key voice in a scaling team, where your market insights directly influence our product evolution and regional strategy.


You:

We are looking for a B2B expert with a proven track record of navigating the enterprise landscape and the tenacity to acquire, negotiate, and close complex deals.


As a proactive owner, you thrive in an environment where you can work independently and set your own goals while acting as a strategic partner to our clients. To succeed in the local market, you are fluent in both German and English.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within regulated industries such as banking, insurance, identity verification, or other compliance-heavy sectors.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles within regulated industries, engaging multiple stakeholders across large organisations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI and value-based propositions to senior decision-makers (including C-level executives).
  • Experience in consultative, solution-based selling, ideally with exposure to enterprise IT architecture, security, or compliance-related solutions.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), with strong communication and presentation skills in both languages.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable operating autonomously as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
  • University degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
