Your Job

  • To support the New Business Development, mainly focus on the design-in activities for robotics and ATE (Automatic Testing Equipment of semiconductor) sectors
  • To cooperate with New Market Develop team & Corporate Strategy team to study and develop on the aligned new markets/applications.

What You Will Do

  • To develop assigned key accounts with driving revenue & margin growth and demand creations
  • To support key accounts strategy implementation and as owner to define account approaching plan. Driving and monitoring business by Salesforce, Playbook, Dashboard, etc.
  • Team work with internal teams for new opportunities to achieve the design-win target and solution selling goals.
  • Keep & Enhance the relationship with key accounts, and drive customer’s satisfaction with coordinating team to provide good service
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams for eco-system alignment and knowledge sharing, regular review the oppty and account base.
  • Work closely with Corporate Strategy and New Market Develop to drive China New Business Initiatives.
  • From the perspective of the corresponding industry, like robotics and ATE, formulate the market expansion strategy and promote the implementation.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree
  • PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree or above, in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
  • +3 years relevant sales & engineering (mechanical or electrical) experience in connector /robotics/automotive/ATE industry.
  • PREFERRED: Familiar with robotics/automotive/datacom connectors & applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure from both internal & external, eager to travel
  • Good communication skills for business propositions
  • Strong self-driving force to promote the development of new markets
  • Sharp business sense and strong customer relationship building ability
  • Fluent in English verbal, reading & written
  • PREFERRED: Work proactively and self-motivation, with great desire to win.
  • Very organized and good follow up and work in order under multi-tasks.
