Commercial Print Sales Executive

Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by managing key accounts, developing new opportunities, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including regional teams and vendors, to deliver optimal solutions for customers. The role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and the ability to handle complex projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan and prioritize sales activities, develop healthy sales pipeline in assigned territory and vertical industries.
• Have ability to handle objections, negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Make persuasive demonstrations and presentations to decision makers.
• Recruit new customers & establish relationship with customers in assigned territory.
• Protect existing account base and increase revenue and profitability within the account.
• Collect and analyze customers’ information to consult customers effectively.
• Be timely report on Sales call/visit, forecast and market situation to Sales Manager.
• Identify industry trends.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
• At least 03 years’ experience in direct sales, preferred in Commercial Printer industry.
• Strong account management background with consistent success in Packaging and FDI customer segments.
• Good knowledge of sales process. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C- level.
• Highly self-motivated and result oriented.
• English proficiency to work with foreign customers and regional teams
• Ability to work independently and cooperate well with colleagues in different sections
• Computer skill: PC and office (Word, Excel, Power point, Sales force…)
