Fella & Jones are partnering with an innovative and fast-scaling brand in the beauty and wellness space, known for combining cutting-edge science with luxury positioning. With a growing global retail footprint, the business is now looking to hire a Wholesale Account Manager to support and expand its physical retail presence.



The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll take ownership of key retail partnerships and ensure a consistently high standard of execution across stores. Acting as the bridge between head office and retail partners, you’ll help drive sales, elevate brand presence, and deliver a best-in-class in-store experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing relationships with retail partners and ensuring smooth day-to-day collaboration
  • Driving strong in-store performance across multiple accounts, aligned with brand expectations
  • Supporting retail rollouts, including new store openings, activations, and merchandising initiatives
  • Monitoring performance metrics such as sales, stock levels, and KPIs, with clear reporting
  • Identifying operational challenges and implementing practical solutions
  • Working closely with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Training) to execute retail plans
  • Contributing to growth strategies across wholesale channels
  • Coordinating seasonal campaigns, product launches, and in-store promotions
  • Gathering insights from partners and customers to inform future improvements
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing retail or wholesale accounts, ideally within beauty, luxury, or premium consumer brands
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data and spot trends
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering high standards and representing a premium brand
