What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned client locations, prioritizing retention and satisfaction
- Travel to client sites multiple times per week to provide onsite support and proactive service
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues quickly and thoroughly from start to finish
- Collaborate with onsite attendants and internal teams across purchasing, fulfillment, and operations
- Maintain organized schedules and proactive communication to stay ahead of client needs
- Utilize Salesforce, Power BI, Cantaloupe Seed, and Microsoft Excel to manage accounts and report on performance

What You Bring
- Key Account Manager or related experience in client relationship management, account management, or B2B service delivery
- Experience in vending, beverage, hospitality, or tech procurement industries strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel; Cantaloupe Seed experience a plus
- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage a multi-site portfolio and prioritize competing demands
- Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, resourceful approach
- Must be based in and able to travel to client sites multiple times per week; this is not a remote position

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
