Sales Executive (Full Cycle, Progression to Account Executive)

We're hiring Sales Executives to join our founding sales team in a full-cycle sales roles. You'll build pipeline, run discovery and close SME deals, while learning how larger enterprise sales work alongside experience AEs / Account Executives
What you'll be doing:
- Building your own pipeline through outbound and inbound leads
- Running discovery calls and understanding customer needs
- Closing SME deals end-to-end
- Collaborating with AEs on larger opportunities
- Experience in sales, recruitment, consulting—or a desire to break into sales
- A confident recent graduate who has drive and passionate to succeed
- Strong communication and commercial awareness
- Motivation to learn, take ownership, and deliver results
- Willingness to understand our company and grow a passion for our suite of products and the industry we operate in
