Role Description

A full-time operations-focused role for an Account Manager in Makati responsible for managing client relationships, execution of client orders, and providing client support for any inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients through service excellence.
• Fulfill client orders from order intake up to delivery of the product/service.
• Handle client calls and emails for inquiry resolution, program planning, and order confirmation, among others.
• Collaborate with various internal departments (engineering, product development, operations, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of client projects and initiatives
• Conduct business reviews and ensure the accuracy of client records.

Qualifications

• Knows how to think critically and has a strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of learning and problem-solving with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in standard business tools such as MS Excel, Google Suite, CRM software
• At least 1 year of proven experience in account management, project management, business development is a plus
• Experience in B2B and startup is a plus
