Role Description
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail, modern trade, and e-commerce partners. The role focuses on driving sales, increasing product visibility, negotiating commercial terms, and executing strategic plans to maximize revenue and market share.
SALARY - INR 12 lacs - 18 lacs per annum
JOB LOCATION - Gurgaon, Haryana
Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in modern trade or e-commerce
- Experience handling key accounts is a must
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of FMCG market dynamics
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel
- Relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Handle key accounts such as modern trade chains and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with buyers and category managers
- Ensure smooth onboarding and listing of products across platforms
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Plan and execute strategies to increase sales volume and market share
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management
- Track ROI on promotions and campaigns
