Back-end .NET Developer (f/m/d)

Join Axpo’s ETRM Development team in Madrid and help drive Trading & Sales success through innovative technology solutions. Work on our core ETRM system, collaborating with global teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain features for our ETRM system and integrated interfaces
• Adapt to evolving business needs, enabling Trading & Sales success through technology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into technical solutions
• Diagnose and resolve production issues to ensure business continuity
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments using Agile/Scrum methodologies

What you bring & who you are:

• 5+ years of .NET development experience
• Proficiency in .NET 6+ and RESTful APIs; experience with Blazor is a plus
• Solid SQL Server expertise for writing and maintaining efficient queries (or similar DB technologies)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Analytical mindset with a focus on code quality, maintainability, and performance
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills to collaborate across global teams
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Azure or similar cloud technologies, containerization, and Docker; experience with ETRM systems and domain workflows
