About this Position Leads regional key account strategy and revenue growth by identifying opportunities, managing key relationships, and aligning solutions with customer needs. Drives contract negotiations, sales execution, and market adaptation while mentoring teams and ensuring strong financial performance and reporting.

What You´ll Do

  • Defines and executes regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP)
  • Identifies business opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives
  • Translates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap & advocate for reg. customer needs in HQ product/service decisions
  • Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling & monitors local market trends to adapt pricing or promotion
  • Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
  • Implements new customer acquisition plans for chain and prestige accounts & drives adoption of digital tools to streamline reg. workflows
  • Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
  • Optimizes sales processes in country and leads junior KAMs & trains junior KAMs on regional compliance and cultural nuances
  • Develops and maintains strong executive and cross-functional relationships at HQ and key locations
  • Steers and supports internal resources to execute account strategy
  • Delivers account targets KP/TP OSG and PC & partners with cross-region teams to align strategies and share best practices
  • Analyzes financial KPIs and proactively steers key account business Is responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy, including sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience.
