Key Responsibilities
Commercial Execution
- Achieve financial targets including Orders, Sales, and Profit KPIs within the assigned territory.
- Facilitate accurate forecasting through proactive and timely management of CRM (SFDC) funnel data.
- Lead and coordinate proposals, prepare quotations, plan customer meetings, and demonstrate product solutions.
- Ensure high-quality order configuration and accuracy at the point of entry.
- Analyse market dynamics and GE installed base data to develop a strategic call cycle aligned with PCS business priorities.
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships across key acute care accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction through consistent, high‑quality interactions.
- Execute customer segmentation strategies and tailor offerings based on clinical and market needs.
- Track and document all customer interactions in SFDC with accurate, up-to-date contact information.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of GE HealthCare’s Patient Care Solutions portfolio, value propositions, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical evaluations as needed.
- Provide continuous Voice of Customer feedback to management, product leaders, service, and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to execute promotional events, product launches, and territory‑specific initiatives.
- Comply with the GE HealthCare Quality Manual, Quality Management System, and all relevant policies, laws, and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, NEMA, EHS Guidelines).
- Complete all assigned Quality & Compliance training within defined deadlines.
- Identify, report, and support resolution of any quality or compliance concerns.
- Operate within all Global Privacy and Anti‑Competition policies.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, work instructions, and procedures to support standardisation and simplification of the Quality Management System.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, technical, or clinical discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in healthcare, preferably with exposure to critical care environments such as Operating Theatres, Intensive Care, Emergency, or high‑acuity care areas.
- Experience working with or selling Operating Room capital equipment, patient monitoring, ventilators, Critical Care Monitoring, infusion pumps, or similar technologies used in acute care settings (strong asset).
- Demonstrated understanding of OR clinical workflows, hospital escalation pathways, and clinical decision-making processes within acute care units.
- Ability to effectively engage with clinicians including Anaesthetists, Anaesthetic Nurses, Anaesthetic Technicians, Intensivists, biomedical engineers, Perioperative Services Managers and hospital procurement teams.
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, listening, and networking skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- High‑level presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex clinical and technical concepts in impactful ways.
- Strong customer focus and professional presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region, including occasional overnight stays, and attend national meetings or tradeshows.
- Valid motor vehicle licence.
