Founding Enterprise Account Executive

We're looking for an Account Executive who owns deals end-to-end and commands the room. This role is about closing, and doing it the right way: through presence, trust, and a genuine understanding of how our customers operate. You'll be the person who goes to a customer and walks out with a signed contract.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualification and on-site bootcamps to negotiation and close
- Build real relationships with senior stakeholders in the German Mittelstand, independently and with conviction
- Call customers daily and show up in person. You're excited to travel
- Work closely with our GTM team to build and run a high-velocity pipeline
- Translate customer needs precisely so our FDE team can build fast and solve the right problems
- Grow revenue within existing accounts through expansions and upsells
- Be a direct line between the market and what we build
- Have 3+ years of full-cycle B2B software sales, ideally to technical or industrial buyers
- Are fluent in German and can hold your own with plant managers and C-level in the Mittelstand
- Bring strong presence and know how to shift the energy in a room
- Are hungry: you want targets, upside, and the accountability that comes with it
- Love being in the field. Calls, visits, and in-person meetings energize you
- Treat your pipeline like a product you continuously improve

- Munich is our primary hub. We believe strongly in in-person collaboration and will help you relocate

Compensation Range: €160K - €250K
