The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-caliber Client Partner to lead and grow one of our most prestigious strategic accounts in the Insurance sector. As the face of our organization, you will be the "Trusted Advisor" to C-suite executives, orchestrating complex digital journeys and driving large-scale technology initiatives that redefine how the insurance industry operates.

This is a senior-level role for a visionary leader who understands the local Bavarian business landscape and possesses the gravitas to navigate a multi-billion euro global enterprise.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Leadership: Own the P&L and long-term roadmap for a Tier-1 Insurance account.
• Executive Advisory: Act as a strategic consultant to the CIO/CTO and business heads, aligning our technology solutions (Cloud, AI, Automation, Data) with their business goals.
• Growth & Innovation: Identify "blue ocean" opportunities within the account. Lead proactive bids, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations for multi-million euro contracts.
• Orchestration: Work closely with global delivery teams and local subject matter experts to ensure seamless execution and 100% client satisfaction.
• Market Insight: Stay ahead of Insurtech trends and regulatory changes in the DACH region to provide proactive value to the client.

Who You Are

• Native German Speaker: You possess a deep understanding of German business culture, etiquette, and the nuances of the local Insurance market.
• Experienced Leader: 12+ years of experience in IT Services, Management Consulting, or Outsourcing, with a proven track record of managing accounts worth €20M+.
• Domain Expert: Robust knowledge of the Insurance value chain (Life, P&C, Health) and the specific IT challenges within the sector.
• Relationship Architect: A natural networker who can build rapport at the C-suite level and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are driven by growth, comfortable with ambiguity, and possess a "hunter-gatherer" instinct within an existing account.
