Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Berlin for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction through post-sale support.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure
  • Experience in relationship management, client engagement, and strategic account planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the technology or AI industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in both English and German is preferred
