About The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation for our SaaS business. This role requires a strong understanding of prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification, with a focus on building a high-quality sales pipeline for the Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Run structured multi-touch outreach cadences
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business fit
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to convert opportunities
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM tools and track performance metrics
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets (meetings, pipeline)
  • Contribute to SDR strategy, including messaging, targeting, and outreach frameworks
  • Support team management initiatives such as peer mentoring, onboarding, and collaboration
  • Assist in building and scaling the SDR function from the ground up (processes, playbooks, workflows)
  • Identify gaps in outbound processes and suggest continuous improvements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in SDR / BDR / outbound sales (preferably SaaS)
  • Experience working with US or global markets is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed quotas
  • Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM systems
  • High ownership, resilience, and ability to handle rejection
