About The Role
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation for our SaaS business. This role requires a strong understanding of prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification, with a focus on building a high-quality sales pipeline for the Account Executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Run structured multi-touch outreach cadences
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business fit
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to convert opportunities
- Maintain accurate data in CRM tools and track performance metrics
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets (meetings, pipeline)
- Contribute to SDR strategy, including messaging, targeting, and outreach frameworks
- Support team management initiatives such as peer mentoring, onboarding, and collaboration
- Assist in building and scaling the SDR function from the ground up (processes, playbooks, workflows)
- Identify gaps in outbound processes and suggest continuous improvements
- 3–5 years of experience in SDR / BDR / outbound sales (preferably SaaS)
- Experience working with US or global markets is a strong plus
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Proven ability to meet/exceed quotas
- Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM systems
- High ownership, resilience, and ability to handle rejection
