National Accounts Manager – MedTech (Twin Cities Based) - Targeting $200–225K Year 1, with a tiered commission structure designed for over-achievement - top performers in this organization are significantly exceeding these figures.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing MedTech company in the navigation and patient safety space that’s gaining strong traction and expanding its commercial team. This role is a bit unique—it combines the stability of established national accounts with the opportunity to shape how those accounts grow moving forward.


This isn’t a “maintain the status quo” position. It’s for someone who wants to own relationships, drive strategy, and have a voice in how the business scales. This role gives you the ability to directly influence the commercial roadmap. You aren't just a cog in a machine; you are a key architect of our national accounts strategy reporting to Vice President.


💼 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing national and strategic health system accounts
  • Work closely with clinical, administrative, and executive stakeholders
  • Drive high-impact clinical demos that change the way surgeons and ICU staff view patient safety. You'll be the subject matter expert that hospitals look to for navigating complex clinical outcomes
  • Identify expansion opportunities within current accounts and drive broader adoption
  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, and clinical teams to refine go-to-market strategy


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of successful medical device or hospital-based sales experience
  • Experience navigating complex health systems and multiple decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of capital + consumable or technology-driven sales cycles
  • Background calling on ICU, critical care, or similar clinical environments is highly valued
  • Proven track record of performance (top rankings, quota attainment, awards, etc.)
  • Someone who is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a growing organization


💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • $200–225K+ total compensation (base + uncapped upside)
  • Full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)
