What are we looking for?

You will join a well-established team with strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset, participating in an international project within a European organization in the field of AI.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where Artificial Intelligence is becoming increasingly strategic.

We are looking for a AI & Python Enginner, with a strong technical background in Python, capable of maximising the potential of AI and contributing both at a design level and in technical implementation.

MUST have for this challenge ✅

• At least 3 years of experience developing with Pyhton
• Proven experience in AI development or AI projects
• Strong knowledge of LLMs (GPT, PaLM, Gemini, or others).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes & Grafana
• English level C1 (100% international environment).
• Autonomy and teamwork skills.

Nice to have ⭐

• Knowledge of MCP architecture and tool-calling standards.
• Experience in testing and optimizing LLMs.
• Experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience with MCP Server.
• Experience in performance optimization in AI environments.
• Experience in structuring and processing data to enhance prompt relevance.
