With over 50 enterprise customers in Japan already that were supported by our EMEA team, we are now establishing a local presence in Tokyo to accelerate growth. We currently have 15+ employees in Japan and looking to keep on growing.
👉 This is a unique opportunity to build NAVEX in Japan and own enterprise new business in a high-growth market.
The Role
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus on net-new business across large enterprise organizations (6,000+ employees) in Japan.
You’ll leverage your prospecting expertise to identify opportunities, engage senior stakeholders, and drive complex SaaS deals from discovery to close.
This is a true hunting role, with strong internal support and the opportunity to shape NAVEX’s long-term success in the Japanese market.

What you’ll do:
- Own the full sales cycle (prospecting → close) for enterprise customers in Japan
- Build and execute a territory strategy focused on new logo acquisition
- Engage decision-makers across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and C-level leadership
- Run consultative discovery and deliver compelling SaaS demonstrations
- Position NAVEX’s platform using value-based selling
- Build and maintain pipeline well above quota
- Accurately forecast and manage complex deal cycles
- Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Product teams
What you’ll need:
- 10+ years of successful B2B enterprise sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals in Japan
- Strong prospecting / hunting mindset
- Experience with enterprise accounts (6,000+ employees)
- Fluent Japanese (doing business with Japanese clients) and business-level English (for internal communication)
- Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and sales dynamics
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDICC, etc.)
