About Panora

Panora is building a suite of AI-powered agents for insurance brokers - a highly regulated and operationally complex industry.

Our ambition is to become the AI Operating System for brokers in Europe: automating high-friction workflows while improving compliance, advisory quality, and client relationships.

The product is already live with brokerage firms across France and Belgium, with AI assistants in production (quotation automation, contract comparison, coverage analysis, compliance checks, document generation…).

Panora enables brokers to save hours every week, reduce analysis time by up to 70%, and focus on what truly matters: advising clients .

Founded by Diane, ex-VC with a strong operational background and Fabian, repeat founder and product-driven AI engineer. Panora is backed by Hexa (formerly eFounders), the startup studio behind Aircall, Spendesk, and Front.

We are entering a key phase of scaling and industrializing our AI platform.

We’re now looking for builders who want to work at the intersection of insurance operations, product, and AI.

Why this role exists

Insurance is complex, operational, and full of nuance, it cannot be built through abstraction alone.

As our Founding Operations (Insurance), you will work directly with brokers, product, and AI systems to help translate real-world insurance workflows into a product that actually works in practice.

This role is not for you if you are looking for a traditional operations role focused on process execution or coordination.

You will help shape how insurance knowledge is structured, interpreted, and used inside an AI-native product.

Your role

Design partners & insurance discovery

  • Onboard and work closely with our broker Design Partners
  • Deeply understand insurance products, guarantees, underwriting logic, and policy lifecycles
  • Capture how brokers actually reason about risks, pricing, and coverage decisions
  • Identify edge cases, exceptions, and non-standard situations early

Solution configuration & product setup

  • Configure and parameter the Panora solution for design partners
  • Translate insurance rules, products, and workflows into system configurations
  • Ensure the product setup accurately reflects real insurance constraints
  • Identify gaps between real-world insurance needs and current product capabilities

AI prompts & intelligence improvement

Actively contribute to the improvement of AI prompts and reasoning models

  • Test, iterate, and refine prompts to better reflect insurance logic and broker judgment
  • Analyze AI outputs and identify where insurance nuance is missing or misunderstood
  • Work closely with product and engineering to improve output quality, relevance, and reliability

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who already understands how insurance works in practice and wants to help build an AI-native product in a complex, highly operational industry.

  • You have 2–3 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting, broker support, product operations, or insurance-focused consulting
  • You understand insurance products, underwriting logic, and broker–carrier workflows in practice
  • You are structured, pragmatic, and comfortable turning operational complexity into scalable processes
  • You know how to adapt to different stakeholders, read the room, and communicate clearly in French
  • You are looking for ownership, impact, and steep learning rather than hierarchy

Why join

  • Founding-level responsibility early in your career
  • Direct exposure to product, engineering, and market participants
  • Steep learning curve across insurance and technology
  • Real influence on how the product is built from day one
  • Competitive compensation package, including equity
  • Work from Hexa’s offices alongside founders, operators, and other early-stage startups
