Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and further develop existing customer relationships in hospitals, medical practices, and clinical networks
- Acquire new customers and identify market potential
- Present the product portfolio and create customer-specific solutions
- Conduct product training sessions and advise customers on optimal product applications
- Prepare quotations, lead price negotiations, and finalize contracts
- Carry out market and competitive analyses to strategically develop your sales territory
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Service
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial or medical training, ideally supplemented by sales qualifications
- Professional experience in field sales, preferably in medical technology or medical consumables
- Strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels, paired with initiative and team orientation
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- High level of customer focus, an independent working style, and strong time management skills
- Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Class B driver’s license
