Enterprise Account Executive

We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to help scale Allium’s next phase of growth.
This is a high-impact role focused on owning the full sales cycle with enterprise and strategic customers across the crypto ecosystem. You’ll work directly with technical buyers, data teams, product leaders, and executives to help them solve complex data infrastructure challenges.
You’ll be joining early enough to shape the GTM motion, influence product direction, and play a foundational role in building the commercial organization.
This role is based in New York City and requires regular in-person collaboration. Remote consideration for the right profile
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, data, and executive teams
- Drive pipeline generation through strategic outbound, partnerships, and industry networking
- Run consultative sales processes focused on deeply understanding customer workflows and technical requirements
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Leadership to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Help refine Allium’s go-to-market strategy, messaging, and sales processes as we scale
- Represent Allium at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS, infrastructure, data, or developer tooling sales
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in a high-growth environment
- Strong experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Ability to sell consultatively to both technical and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong curiosity and technical aptitude — you can quickly understand APIs, data products, and blockchain infrastructure
- Self-starter mentality with comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- Interest in crypto, blockchain infrastructure, or financial technology
- Experience selling data infrastructure, APIs, analytics, or developer tools
- Existing network within crypto, fintech, or institutional finance
- Familiarity with SQL, cloud infrastructure, or blockchain ecosystems
- Experience at an early-stage startup
- Work at the center of crypto data infrastructure
