The Role
- Develop, maintain, and enhance existing applications throughout the entire software development lifecycle
- Plan, manage, and implement complex programming tasks
- Ensure high code quality, system stability, and comprehensive test coverage
- Take responsibility for and ensure stable production operations
- Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Product Architects, developers, internal stakeholders, and customers
- Completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification, with at least five years of Full Stack Java expertise
- Experience with React is highly desirable
- Passion for clean code and mature software craftsmanship, including experience with AI tools in development
- Strong competence in testing, automation, and experience with TDD and BDD
- Profound knowledge in developing and integrating interfaces (e.g., REST) and microservices
- Experience with monolithic and legacy codebases, particularly their refactoring
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, especially GitHub Actions
- 35.5-hour work week and flexible working hours
