We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Developer / .NET Software Developer to join a dynamic, Microsoft-focused consultancy in Switzerland.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on custom development projects within an international environment, delivering tailored solutions for clients across industries.

🚀 Your Role

You will be part of a collaborative team working on innovative solutions around Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, focusing on:

• Developing custom extensions for Dynamics 365 CE
• Building system integrations (Azure & on-premise)
• Designing and implementing workflow automation
• Optimizing business processes
• Delivering scalable and maintainable solutions using Microsoft technologies

You will work closely with project managers, consultants, and end clients, contributing to both technical delivery and solution design.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom code for Dynamics 365 CE using .NET / C#
• Support and advise on custom development solutions
• Participate in solution design and technical architecture
• Build integrations using Azure services and APIs
• Model and implement business processes
• Develop automation workflows to improve efficiency
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders

✅ Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE customization
• Solid experience with .NET / C# (Visual Studio)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, etc.)
• Strong understanding of web technologies:
• HTML / HTML5
• CSS
• JavaScript (AngularJS, TypeScript, jQuery)
• Experience with APIs, web services, and integrations
• Client-focused mindset and strong communication skills
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)

• Experience in consulting environments
• Knowledge of business process modelling
• Experience with enterprise system integrations
