Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) aligned with overall commercial strategy and customer priorities.
- Deliver account performance targets across revenue, volume, market share, and gross margin.
- Lead customer planning and execution, including pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
- Drive in-store excellence by ensuring product availability, visibility, and optimal assortment.
- Manage trade investments within approved budgets, ensuring strong ROI and compliance with guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders through regular business reviews.
- Monitor business performance, identify gaps/opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally (Trade Marketing, RMG, Sales Planning & Ops, distributors) to drive corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of commercial experience in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in Key Account Management or managing Modern Trade/Off-Trade accounts is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of retail landscape, market dynamics, and customer management.
- Knowledge of Joint Business Planning and basic category management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into actions.
- A proactive team player with strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-focused mindset.
